How do you compete with large chain stores as a local business?

Our inventory and personally-invested staff is the key. We buy all types of flooring in massive quantities, which allows our customers to pay the lowest possible price. Our sales staff also has experience finding the best way to make the project everything you dream while staying in budget. If you’re looking for a remnant for a small bedroom or doing hardwood throughout an entire home, we’re here to advise and help in any way possible. We have received letters letting us know that our staff was extremely helpful from start to finish. I believe our atmosphere for both sales people and customers makes the whole process less scary. If you are going to have someone in your home, you want to be able to call and talk to your salesperson if you have a question. Do you have good installers?

We believe we have the best installers. We are not alone in thinking this. The last and most important part of the process is getting the floor you carefully selected and paid for installed just right. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with getting the right material for your DIY project. And with our giant inventory, we can get you started on that home improvement project today. Most important, if you need more flooring material, you can just come and grab it. Or, if you purchase too much, you can bring it back for a refund. We will also assist with tips about install practices and coordinating adhesives and molding to perfectly complete your home project.
